Hi,

My subscription renewed back in August 2020 - Now I’m getting a ‘free gift’, "Thanks for purchasing a 6-Month Subscription to WoW!

Is it free? Or will be charged another £50 for a subscription thats not due until feb 2021.

It’s because you have a 6 monthly sub. The next money won’t be taken until Feb. I think they use they same wording for the gift whether you just started a sub or had one already.

Players on an existing 6-month recurring subscription with a future renewal date will receive the Sprite Darter’s Wings transmogrification set as a gift in their Battle.net desktop app*** at no additional charge no later than October 30, 2020.
***Transmogrification set must be claimed in Battle.net desktop app prior to April 30, 2021.
