We are a semi-hardcore raiding guild.
We strive to make the most of our 6 hour raid week while maintaining an atmosphere that few guilds can offer. We offer a social environment which doesn’t end when the raid does - you can often find us organizing m+ runs or simply sitting around in different games. We enjoy spending time together so it’s very important that you mesh well with us.
But make no mistake, Insignis is a progression oriented guild. We have clear goals and a pragmatic leadership and we will not tolerate anything less than 100% during progression. We do not require any alts, PTR testing and we don’t organize split runs - all we require is that you maintain your main character enough to clear the current content. Everyone here needs to hold their own weight, but help will always come to those who ask for it.
Raid Times: Wednesday and Sunday 20:15-23:00 Server Time. A third day may be included.
Invites are done 15 minutes early, the intent is to be starting boss pulls at raid start time. Off night events such as achievement runs or normal/heroic are organized on a weekly basis and will be at the same time as main raids, but are not mandatory for attendance purposes.

Requirements:
★ Attendance: 90% minimum. Real life happens, but there is an entire team of people here as well.
★ Prior Mythic experience. This is not a deal breaker, but is a large part in your consideration for the roster.
★ Willingness to take personal responsibility in terms of your performance and preparedness for raids.
★ Competitive nature. We’re not a guild where doing just enough is good enough.
★ Ability to use Discord and speak English (this requires a working microphone).
