[A] LF one MDPS to join regular 1.4k team

We have run as a solid team since January, however one of our dps is leaving the game so we are looking for a melee dps to join our regular and committed 1.4k team.
We usually discuss a plan for each reset and have a goal in mind for the week.
TIMES:
We mostly run Saturday and Sunday at 13ST - we will swap to a thur/mon eve if weekends aren’t good that week for anyone, this is decided in advance and communicated on Discord.
Sometimes we just meet once per week. We rarely run more than twice.
We usually run two or three dungeons on each session, taking ~2h.
OTHER TOONS:
We do play alts and are open to swapping around chars to spread keys but we stick to mains for key pushing.
Most of us run with alts/mains in other ad hoc/pug groups as well.
YOU SHOULD KNOW:
We run a very strict no-rage/calling out policy. We all mess up at times. We own our mistakes. We don’t time all keys. It’s fine. Mistakes happen. We learn from it. We discuss how to improve. We move forward.
WHAT WE WANT:
We want you to be reliable, committed, and available for our scheduled runs. We are not interested in someone joining for one or two weeks and then leaving. This is not a pug group. We are a serious, long-term consistent group, we want to keep it that way so availability and reliability is very important to us.
We would like you to be happy to save your key for the team, if it’s one we want to run that week.
