it’s so amazing it should not even exist give us back our old forum privileges bad enough that they deleted the superior forum but they actually put grinds in the new forum and not just their subpair game

It seems to be account wide if you’ve had beta as well. I can go on alts and posts gifs. They don’t seem to reset it after beta is finished which seems odd.
You will be able to see your trust level in your own profile, we can’t see yours but this is mine. I’m TL3 and it shows me as a ‘regular’.
As others have explained your json shows you are level 1
Blizzard use discourse to run their forums, you can read more about their levels here if you were interested.
Trust level is not something that is worth ‘farming’, everyone hits TL2 without too much issue but TL3 is something that requires higher participation and it’s not wise to force that.

I don’t see the appeal of alt posting either. I did have to test it when someone discovered account wide TL on beta.
Yeah, I believe TL0 is “new user”, TL1 is “basic user”, TL2 is “member” and TL3 is “regular”.

If you’re hoping for trust level enough to post pictures, let me warn you it is literally months of farming the forum for several hours per day.

Neither do i sadly it takes ages to grind it back and really easy to lose it.
And when you lose it then be prepared to grind it back xD for eternity again unless you get invited to beta the it’s insta TL3.
Oh yeah. I had it briefly over 2020 because stuck at home with undiagnosed long covid symptoms, but then lost it by 2021. Over 6000 posts, been on the forums since 2007. Not trusted.

Yeah at this point i believe nowadays it’s blizzard favoritism on who gets it.

It does make you wonder if it’s actually a manual process where by the mods just pick people they like 
I mean it probably isn’t, but it does feel like that. The requirements for TL3 are verging on absurd. You can’t meet them without treating the forums as more important than the game itself.

When you have been unsubbed for nearly a year, come back and regain TL3 within a few weeks

It’s just a minor perk for those who are very active on the forums. Overall post count has nothing to do with it.
- Of topics created in the last 100 days, must have viewed 25% (capped at 500)
That’s 5 topics a day based on the 500 cap over a 100 day period.
- Of posts created in the last 100 days, must have read 25% (capped at 20k)
200 replies a day based on a 20k cap over a 100 day period.
- Must not have been suspended or silenced in the last 6 months
This is the biggest stumbling block for most IMO. That 6 month period restarts after every forum holiday.

I agree, it happened to me to lose my ‘regular status’ for logging into the forum randomly in a week

Ty big time chronormi, this was the confusion for me. The character I dont care about is level 2 a member. I thought member was level 1. Still weird thr character I dont use on the forums is higher than the one i do and have used much more
But oh well lol
i got a system message that sayd i have been upgraded of my trust level. idk why
