While intentionally this thread was meant to be short, the requirement to fill all necessary information have forced it to grow bigger, thus, every category itself is as short and informative as possible.

- About Our Guild
**
The Scarlet Crusade guild has been founded by a conglomerate of friends old and new who were united by their choice to take a scarlet tabard for many of their own reasons.
Some have found Scarlet Crusade to be the only faction among many other concepts that they were inspired by, others have been deeply touched by the fall of noble and beautiful kingdom of Lordaeron, and like scarlet crusaders from lore, their hearts were filled by anger and grief for it’s loss.
Not surprisingly, as soon as classic WoW was announced, we knew that it will bring back all what every expansion we’ve been told is gone and destroyed so we can finally be done with that old debate and proceed to make a more informed and stable Scarlet Crusade guild.

- Mission and Goals
**
There is nothing our guild aims to achieve more, than to unite scarlet crusaders under it’s vast wing. Our guild from very inception was planned as a Mega-Guild, one which is designed to house a variety of groups and concepts within it. That is why we have left ourselves a great room for growth by reserving some other scarlet related guild names so they will remain within us and so that we may increase or shrink, depending on real population requirements.
Our primary guild, “The Scarlet Crusade” will be our core which will represent our own and other separate groups and concepts in it. These groups are going to be represented by ranks within the guild. If our community will continue growing with new groups or at any time a group of members within it may want to drift to wear a separate scarlet-related guild tag it will be freely provided.

- Roleplay (RP)
**
Our role play is planned to be greatly varied, but also in it’s evolving design lies a mission to make an organization and structure which would be as close to realistic body of the Scarlet Crusade as possible, but also go further.
We plan to give every member a position that they will be happy and capable with and receive their spotlight.
We will need messengers, diplomats, bodyguards, administrators and clercs, judges, border-guard, recruiters, recruit-instructors. And of-course don’t forget about our crusaders, inquisitors, agents and retinues of inquisitors with whom to roam the world with, dramatic assassins from a hidden cloister, priests, preachers and more more.
We understand the structure and mindset of the Scarlet Crusade which we adapted to for years and intend to bring Scarlet Crusade in it’s full recognizable mad and zealous manner, but also implement the much lacking factor or them being more human than grind-npcs.

- Player vs. Environment (PvE)
**
The Classic WoW is a great space for PvE. There’s no need emphasize how most of us, maybe like you, been waiting for it’s release to savor the “return home”.
Weather you want to take your process fast or slow, do quests in group, go to dungeons or challenge raids we are open and ready to try everything. Our guild is going to be a sweet and comfortable place in which you will be able to enjoy returning to WoW Vanilla with people who are as happy to be here as you.

- Player vs. Player (PvP)
**
As for the PvP aspect of the game, we have decided to avoid going to a Zandalar Tribe realm, as like many scarlets can confirm, our role play suffers the most from rampant pvp-troll interference.
A rogue that respawns every minute to continue attacking the event or a group of decked out Horde gankers is a usual sight during scarlet RP events, how-ever we will not hide from a good Rp-PvP battle or duel with other RPers if they will be willing and true to RP spirit.
The guild so far harbors no plans for pvp-rank grind or forming battleground groups, but such ideas dwelled in our minds.

- Dedicated Leadership
**
As a guild leader I intend to be highly available, most of the time I remain at home where I trade on the market without need of being away from computer. I do how-ever take frequent walks and exercises but return back after around half an hour to address all messages.
Our guild officers sympathize with our concept and have certainty in our guild which allows them to be engaged in their support of the guild and it’s members.
We do not worry about our guild or are hungry for members, but we are set to carefully nurture our community with our image of perfection in mind from small sapling to a strong beautiful oak in order to create a real and believable Scarlet Crusade faction within Hydraxian Waterlords RP environment where both our members and players who interact with us will experience satisfaction.

- Active Discords
**
Our discord is our main field of communication and organization. We are aiming to adapt it to serve as a tool for an effective maintenance of our guild.
Most of our discord will be dedicated to accommodating various structures within our guild and improve our RP coordination and performance.
While it will have plenty of room for sharing and communicating we would highly advise you to join a discord more designed for talking between all scarlet crusaders no matter what guild or realm.

- Crafting
**
The guild is always going to have all available professions of Classic WoW represented within it’s roster and will provide services for it’s guild members free of charge. It will gladly purchase any donated recipes if they will be found important for the guild’s wellbeing and it’s progression for a decreased price from it’s members.

- Social Atmosphere
**
Socially, we, scarlet crusade role players, like many groups have a great variety of personalities in it. In our numbers we have the silent types, the enthusiasts who are happy to talk and help others for as long as you knew them, naturally we have men of strong character and sometimes strong views, some of us are jokers, but over years most of us achieved a trait of respect and comradery with each other.
What is most notable about our community is how surprisingly long people who follow this role play style, continue to follow it. Strangely enough, I continue to be amazed not with my dedicated to the concept, but that through the years I never lose contact with same people. But even better, your circle of friends grows because other scarlet roleplayers who you meet, are also the same, and every new scarlet crusade role-players you meet, can become a friend for a great length of time.
While we, scarlet crusaders are known as somebody who got out of hand and we are not going to punish groups for the way they pursue their RP goals or dictate them how they should do it if any person or group is hurting the image of a guild by bad or intentionally bad role play (lol-rp) they will be subject of scrutiny or removal from it and suffered party will be given compensation from our guild.

- Structure
**
Our guild aims to be a Guild of Guilds in terms of opening a potential for a number of other scarlet themed groups to simultaneously operate within it, by representing those groups with their own name in a guild rank (that should be visible in TRP)
The current lore dictated Leadership of the Scarlet Crusade to be suffering from incompetence and disconnection between it’s vastly spread territories. The Grand Crusader has long have withdrawn himself from control over his organization and have been isolated within Ruins of Stratholme. Thus every bastion of the Scarlet Crusade has been left to fend for itself and it’s Commanders to act as neighboring lords who can cooperate with each other and act at their own regard.
Thus, all Leaders and their respected groups will enjoy complete autonomy under our guild if they will wish to represent a scarlet concept or scarlet territory of their own liking and will be completely free to call their own policies, ranks and approaches to their level of zeal, quarantine level and other IC pursuits.
There will never be a Council of leaders unless some or all said leaders will wish to meet somewhere once or between certain time frames.
There will never be a leader above all leaders to control or dictate actions of separate groups within our guild, for which preventive reason the character names of Dathrohan and Abbendis have been reserved by us.

-------Recruitment-------
AT THE MOMENT RECRUITMENT IS -OOC- AND FREE FOR ALL SCARLET ROLEPLAYERS.
Contact guild representatives to speak with officers and recieve your invite.
LATER ON: Recruitment will change to IC and very division within The Scarlet Crusade will be free to pursue their own recruitment methods to fill their ranks and set their standards of new blood for the Crusade.
Another method: the Scarlet Inquisitors who will have a high status and authority will be able to roam free around Azeroth alone or with their retinues to pursue and cleanse taint where and how they see fit and are encouraged to recruit their agents from outside of Scarlet Crusade. It might be considered a good start in the Scarlet Crusade if one would approach an Inquisitor with request of service and later be transferred by him to the greater Crusade when the Inquisitor will not require his or her service any longer.
