When people think of Boralus, they think of the cold and rainy weather darkening the old streets, they think of the various cultures roaming around the city, they think of the notorious pirates lurking wherever outside the walls, they think of the massive harbor which welcomes everyone to see and experience the Kul Tiran ambiance for themselves. Yet one thing that does not come to their mind, is the amount of active criminality occuring within the city, every single day. Quite recently, the city has seen numerous murders happen and while the local guards are doing their absolute best to fight the crime, it seems as if it’s always a losing war in the capital of Kul Tiras. Some reports indicate massive loads of illegal goods being smuggled into the city, and it does not look like it will be decreasing any time soon. What kind of activities are taking place in this city?

- One right hand, taken from the thief who stole from the Ashen Daggers gang and was caught
- A tongue of three members of the Angry Rats, they were disowned by the group after
- Three boxes of tobacco and one box of gnocaine, lost to sea
- One watcher, not to be trusted anymore, after spending three hours at the barracks after looking after the delivery from Freeport
A girl was sitting on the fence. Not older than thirteen years. Old enough to gain money for a meal on her own. Today she had an easy task. Watch the corner of one of the streets and whistle each time she sees someone pass by. Twice when it’s a guard.
She ate an apple and dangled her legs. That apple was stolen. Saved copper and it is handy.
And then she saw someone. The dockworker, alone, apparently after a long shift, judged by his tired expression.
The girl whistled and jumped down. The bells had just rung one in the night, and that meant the end of her patrol.
A person or a group has recently appeared on the streets of Mariner’s Row to start organizing gangs and individuals who were previously disorganized. We don’t know the name or other details. They are probably a local force. There will be a coin reward for any information.

Word travels fast around the streets of Boralus. Some locals, residing in the remote areas, recall hearing rumors about a new drug appearing in town. What this new drug exactly is, is yet unknown, but it sure is responsible for an increase in criminal casualties the past few weeks within the Kul Tiran capital.
Rumors from Booty Bay
Somebody delivered a shipment of high grade rum as a bribery to Flora Silverwind.
There is a talk about someone visiting local brothels overpaying the lads and lassies - fishing for information.
It is said a new face is looking for business contacts to both sell and buy. Running under the name of The Red Lady.
The local fishing competition was once again highjacked by foreigners trying to buy the victory.
There was attempted robbery on a redhead. Two scoundrels were found tied in front of the Tan-Your-Hide Leatherworks, both just in their underwear.
The pirate parrot got drunk from a truth serum, snitched on his crew and got strapped to the cannon!
