Background
We stopped raiding recently(September) due to multiple players taking a break from the game at the end of Eternal Palace. Our status then, was 7/8M.
Since, the guild was left unattended for a bit. But now we’re back! (Reformed 3. Feb. 2020)

History
Halo was founded after the launch of MoP. Since then, the guild has been active in cutting edge end-game raiding up until recently(the launch of classic).
In the past, we’ve completed nearly all the content up to date, with very few exceptions, at the cutting edge level. We’ve also earned our entry in the top 100 Hall of Fame on 2 occasions.
Our Goals
Short-term: Heroic 2 days a week. Thursday & Tuesday(20:30 - 23:30 ServerTime).
Long-term: Mythic 3 days a week. Wednesday, Thursday and Monday. 20:30 - 23:30 ST. [Since 08.04.20]

What can we offer you?

What do we Expect from You?
• We expect all our applicants to be high-end players capable of parsing in the purple percentiles in their respective roles(where applicable) in the least.
• Be an exceptional player regardless of class, able to understand fights quickly, avoid standing in puddles unnecessarily often, provide feedback on boss strategies and hastily gather information required to maximize your performance during progression.
• Wiping on new content should be something that doesn’t demotivate you. We are a progression focused guild.
• Able to tolerate mild forms of banter during trash or outside of raids and in social settings with the guild(doing M+ for instance). We enjoy talking and socializing to keep the game fun.
• Maturity. The average age is well beyond 20.
• You need to be able to make time to do the necessary raid preparation and whatever grind the game has introduced for that patch in order to be able to stay competitive compared to your peers. This means grinding the gear and whatever arbitrary stuff that may be necessary for said expac/patch(For example: The necklace in BFA).
• You need to be able to handle criticism. We will keep it as constructive as possible at every moment it is handed out. A moderately thick skin is a benefit. You need to also consider that which was pointed out to you, so that anything that was wrong, doesn’t keep on reoccurring.
