So far from what we know she is stuck in her spider form. The effects of the transformation are irreversible, so far.
I doubt we’ll see her again considering the nerubians story ended in season 1 honestly.
Sure we saw the nerubians attack Arathi in s2 but the way I see it; it makes very little sense, who is even commanding them anymore with the princess dead and the mother turned into an abomination? you’d think the 3 rep guys we befriended.

There’s a chance of them to come back to some extent in The Last Titan. I’m pretty sure this time they will invest into Azjol-nerub, especially because they have modern assets to do so now.
