Account Management issue

When I sign in to check my subs it shows the list briefly, goes blank then when I click on the subscription breakdown it goes to a 500 error. This happens via my pc and when I tried via my partners mobile phone.

This has been going on for quite a few days now.

Which place specifically?

I tried that too… I can see the transactions fine but sub page looks like this:

Then when I click on it I get:

I wonder if this is why some haven’t had to pay a sub to play?

Usually this will resolve the issue.

I can but it’s doing it on a smartphone also - tried on mobile data also.

Okay I did all of that, and now as soon as I see my account page it goes to the Red 500 error screen without me clicking anything :frowning:

This is very odd, because the account management is working currently.

Could you try a completely different browser? Also is it possible for you to initiate a password reset? If this still persists, I would suggest that you contact us from here.

I tried a different browser and I get exactly the same result. I will contact you.

I can’t change my password as that also gives me a 500 error.
