Make essenses Accountwide or way easier to get on alts or implement any form of catchup. Uldum/Rustbolt repgrind for the 5th time is boring as hell.

Make systems like essences account-wide, or face the backlash of people unsubbing in droves, I have gone from actively playing 4 characters to just playing 1 since 8.3.
They just add system on top of system and make it too complicated and timeconsuming to even think of maintaining and playing your alts its really sad to see the game come to this state.

I would love account wide essences but we all know that that wonât happen because the game is all about extending subscriptions. The hamster wheel needs to keep rolling. If they did this then theyâd have to get rid of all the other time-gating mechanisms as well

i will come with a request to all of you guys. just ignore elias, he speaks no common sense and is not up to date on subscription numbers. If he is serious, he will for sure hate shadowlands which is pretty much an alt xpac imo. So cant wait for that

Than you clearly didnt watch Blizzcon. Literaly only thing alt friendly in Shadowlands is that they allow alts work on covenants right from start so you wont have to do questing befor it. But you still have to do same amouth rep farms as your main. And if you have such great knowladge about sub numbers than pls tell us how much is it.
And yeah and do you like vision grind on alts? No? Becouse thats what you getting in Shadowlands with Torgast tower.
Not implementing account wide essences at point will just mean WOW will be dead until Shadowlands. Im almost done on my main and will not be subbing again until Shadowlands this month 
Just flat out refuse to farm old boring content over and over again, i got better things to do like watch paint dryâŠ

true . but this is not meaningfull progresion.
all of this is nothing but waste of time since it will be removed from game in 3 months with shadwlands prepatch .
if all this essences . neck etc would stay with us in shadowlands - oh ye then it would mean meaningfull progression indeed.

What the hell are you talking about? I am in a 20+ active members guild, have a bunch of friends ingame and know lots of peole and there is no a singel person that like the essences not being account linked!!! Just go to your classic with your pointless arguing and leave this place, troll!!!

There most be some kind of a catch-up or middleground asap.
Atleast make it so if you unlocked rank 4 on one char the alts have rank 3 or 2.
At this point game is a repetitive boring job.
Ofc we dont play alts. Because we are not dumb enough to play the game just for rep grinding on 12 different characters.
You know how many alts i played end of legion? Like 11. Now? I log them. Play them for a bit. Remember it is a torture to grind stuff to make my characters decent. Log out. So that would make it alt count 0 really. Does that mean the game is ok because i dont play alts either? No, i didnt think so.
What does that even mean? Progression on a character means gearing up doing more and more difficult content. Becoming better at playing that class.
How would that progression be just done? Just look at your druid. Nowhere near done. Doing +5 keys and 10/12 normal is hardly even doing content.
Meaningful content means doing endgame content you want on anything you want to play on be it high m+ raid or pvp.
Now what is not meaningful content? It is grinding essences all day.
But im glad all the casuals are enjoying grinding stuff in game so much they have to word it here.
Essences are a part of the characterâs toolkit. It is extra spells basically. Try play without them is like playing without some of your very basic spells.
Imagine playing a fire mage without lucid dreams. The least they could do is make all essences equally fast to get. Make all of them like vision.
I could gear an alt over 460 in a week and still have pisspoor essences and cant be competitive with other dps because i need another month farming rep, dailies and whatnot. That is fine on your main. NOT for an alt.
I could enjoy playing the game last expansion, with legendaries even. AP for artifact had a catchup. I could compete with others in dps without having to do grind on alts. Just do some +15 keys and enjoy my time. Because thats what you meant to do in a game with your alts. Have fun.
But well if you so much love your essence grinds go go do it on another couple characters. What else a casual gonna do for the next half a year?
