Account-bound Essences have been one of the most-requested features for a while now. Can we expect them to be released later, such as in 8.3.5 or 9.0, or will that definitely not happen?

So, that’s something we’re looking at — acquisition rates overall, and tuning there — and certainly the lessons learned from this are going to inform how we design any such system in the future. But account-wide Essences are not on the table for Visions of N’Zoth .

Ion “I nerf bosses when my guild starts progressing them” Hazzikostas (I’m joking please don’t delete my characters) himself said there won’t be account wide essences.

He also said he heard our feedback and agrees.

I believe one of the statements he’s done regarding this matter, while I highly doubt the other.

Yeah they have and making essences account wide would not solve the problem to those people, that don’t have a main character

If they would make some kind of corrections, they could make them more accessible to players who are grinding them

IE: lowering the required reputation/ranks/kills/points what nots even more.

vanilla, yes. Wotlk and Cata no (or least i do not recall much of problems then and I multi class raided and PVpd my socks off). Mop start was very bad on alts as well, including legion start. But in MOP and Legion both they fixed alt issue half way with patches.

But our problem is with playing alts!
So if You don’t have a main, you don’t have an alt essence problem.

Only get good problem.
Doubt OP wanted to provide instant access to tier 3 for everyone.

I do. Essences are 8.2 content. It makes no sense to have to go through 1~120 and then 8.2 before you can get to 8.3

It makes sense to play the game and do it once.
Neither welfare enthusiasts or devs who prohibited account wide essences make any sense, both are extremes, both are wrong.

No. If you play with alt, you should go through same pain. The game design should not favor “10 character” play style. What they rather should do is remove the time gating and all this bs RnG and replace good old grind that has in the past proven to work. The whole “mobile game”, where people demand everything instantly and everything is gated behind time, has to die out. It is garbage game design.
