After completing the final step of the “Big Time Adventurer” questline, I didn’t get the achievement. The other two questlines are shown as completed. I even have the Life Binder’s Band from the last step in the questline.

My friend has the same issue as well. We had been trying to fix it for days. He finished the initial story quests. They submitted a ticket to a GM who sent them to WOWhead, instead of looking into the issue any deeper.. It clearly smells like something got messed up with the Dragonflight spaghetti code, and so he can’t access the world quests for Dragonflight.

Interestingly it seems I unlocked the portal to Valdrakken either way.
