It’s my attempt to understand what’s happening. I already spent several hours googling and trying to ticket. Email only said about EULA without any specifics. We can’t login to accounts from anywhere. It just says it’s banned. I created this account to write a ticket but after filling the form and pressing submit button it just goes into forever spinning animation. Tried from 4 different devices cleared cash etc nothing helps. Tried to ticket in different sections. Tried to appeal without login but i just can’t.
Our accounts got banned..for nothing? I have no idea what we did wrong. Never did any rmt, any botting, not even used a vpn. We barely even talking in ingame chat with anyone. All leveling we did only on our own..Every bronze coin was obtained only ingame without any trades with anyone. Same goes for every piece of gear obtained (sometimes it was hard..). We only played keys with randoms from group finder.
We’ve been playing with my girlfriend all the time for last month and just yesterday’s morning she finally got her druid cat form drop from rare she wanted and been farming last couple of weeks in dragonflight and was so glad and after an hour we both got banned. We have no idea why.
Only things in our minds is could it be because i traded her 10k gold for a weapon illusion she wanted from an auction? She told me she wants an illusion while i was smoking but it costs something around 10k so i told her to buy it and i’ll send her gold when i come back. If so please check logs we’ve playing together everyday. Or perharps we somehow got into rmt key? But please again check something idk how we obtained our gear. It was a lot of keys with absolute random people from group finder.
We both been playing wow before but didn’t know eachother back then and wanted to return to Azeroth together and finally did it and even found a guild for mythic raiding (it was hard since we didn’t have any progress and even more so my main role is a tank (it’s nearly impossible to find a static as a tank)). This last month was one of the best time for both of us. Everyday we’ve been sharing things we did in game and planned what to do next and it was awesome. It’s only a day passed since we can’t login and we already miss it so much T_T.
We were so happy to play wow together and really really loving this game but now we both devastated..We don’t even want to play other games anymore..Could you please check our accounts and remove those restrictions?
