This is a fundamental aura to track and is currently impossible. Ironically, inertia, which is in the same talent node IS trackable.

Download Arc UI (its not UI but instead cooldown manager addon). With Arc UI you can add custom spells, skills, buffs and items to cooldown manager.
Its sad how Blizzard hasnt added customization options to cooldown manager and it lacks alot of skills, spells, buffs and items.
