Addon like BattleGroundEnemies for PvE?

Hey, I remember a long time ago, I had an addon which showed all enemies in a specific range and I could click and target them. It looks to me like this is what BattleGroundEnemies is doing. But I would like to use that for PvE and not PvP and I can’t figure out how to make it work.

Is there a way the addon works for PvE as well or is there a similar addon I could use for this purpose?

I just want all enemies (let’s say within 40y) to show up in a list.

Just seen that there is an addon called EnemyGrid, but it doesn’t seem to work or is discontinued :confused:
