Hello, in epic bg its a lot of time hard to really be reactive on all the 39 teammates we have, does an addon exist that able to see only the people in 40m of us ?

Various addons dim frames for people far away (harder than the default UI). Check Vuhdo / Grid / the usual.
It doesnât help much, to be honest, so donât expect it to do a lot of difference. In a 40v40 you should always concentrate on AOE anyway.
