Hello I have created addon that translate spells, items, quests into arabic.
my question are this violate the TOS ?

The Blizzard api would block something that would be against the TOS afaik. It doesn’t sound against the rules anyway.

As long as your addon doens’t change the core game files and is just run through the addon folder, it should be fine.
