I’m not interested in best goldmaking potential, but rather most personal values. I haven’t bothered with professions for ages and most topics are about best goldmaker. Will keep herbalism 100%. I also have no intention to lvl any alts for combos. Just one main for Raids/Mythic+/Casual PvP.

Between the two I’d say alchemy but beware if you’re in a big server the prices will inevitably be lower due to higher suppliers.
Otherwise for pure goldmaking through grind, just take 2 gathering professions you can’t go wrong with that.
A crafting profession may be good too this time around, especially Leatherworking with leather AND mail gear + legendaries.
