Alternatives to Dicemaster RP addon?

Background:

Hi all, apologies if this question has already been answered. I’ve just returned from a long hiatus from WoW. I left shortly before DF launched, and returned to find that the Dicemaster RP addon no longer works. And based on the lack of dev updates on the addon’s Patreon page, it might continue to not work for a long time.

My question:

With Dicemaster no longer functional what new RP methods/systems/addons have previously Dicemaster-savvy DM’s replaced it with? I know that ultimately Dicemaster is just a tool for telling stories with, and great DMs will cope without it, but I used to get so much of my DM mojo and so many of my campaign ideas from flipping through the mob character model catalogue and playing with custom spells and abilities ect. Is there anything comparable?

TRP have gotten a lot of extensions making it a worthy competitor.

I might not have the npc view and talking function yet (far as I know) nor the full dnd-ish ability set up, but it has a very in-depth and extensive item system allowing you to mark locations on the map as loot stashes for others to find, and much more.

Dicemaster at the moment is undergoing a rather large update or remake one might say, with new UI elements and so on. last I heard it was still in development.
