Even though we have seen some in action (pray system), but there could be a change and I hope it’s your explanation.
Considering Bellular posted a video today about how the layoff of WoWs marketing team affected the gamescom, I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of the recent Mess-ups at Blizzard were correlated back to Xbox layoffs last few months.

Marketing is usually the first team to get affected by the layoffs, and with how Microsoft has been brutally gutting its studios, perhaps it’s not surprising to see this reveal go horribly wrong
