Hi,
I recently boosted a character to 120 using the character boost feature from my Shadowlands pre-order.
When I log in, I do not receive a message from Anduin to give me the “An Unwelcome Advisor” questline.
Do I need to complete any pre-requisite quests for this to appear? I couldn’t find any info on wowhead etc to say that I need anything for it.
I don’t have any addons and have tried full relog/reboots of the game to no avail.
Has anyone else encountered this/know of a fix?

How long ago did you boost the character?
Boosted characters usually have to wait 24hours before they become eligible for certain things. That is the only thing I can think of.
Have you unlocked Nazjatar and essences? I think you need to have at least the first nazjatar essence for the quest to appear. Try that.
I found that the Quest: “On Whispered Winds”, will block the following two quests and have to be Completed or Abandoned:
“An Unwelcome Advisor” & “An End of the Killing”
