This is bad. Not saying that they should have just released SL, but rather that delays like that cost huge portions of yearly revenue, so if they are doing that, SL must be completely unreleasable. That’s also why they don’t say when it is even going to release now.

It’s pretty terrible.

I think the people who had big concerns about the games are going to be happy that Blizzard doing the right thing. There has been a lot of posts and comments on social media saying it’s okay to delay. Many testers don’t feel it was ready and have been imploring Blizzard to delay.

They should atleast give us Beta keys i dont want to spent another time in bfa and its another lost month of gametime just for waiting

Yes, me and my gf got unlucky, first time both of us took vaccation for it, due to not traveling because of covid 19 we figured this was a good idea to use the days for  :+1:

Well well

They can’t lol.

It’s a pandemic. Nothings open most things are Under curfew. If Ur not interested in BFA or buying a random game to play instead u effectively don’t have much to do.

I think claiming ignorance is just as bad, while yes a delay maybe for the best, regardless to situation they’ve given players 3 weeks notice even tho they’ve sat silent for over a month.

i do have a job but during a global pandemic i’d say a job is more important than a video game, Would you rather you spend your time off work not being able to log INTO a RELEASED game the first weeks or getting dc’ed from broken s**t

We’re behind you on this one.

Grumbles a person who actually has the luxury to take holiday for gaming :open_mouth:

I work, I’m glad about the delay xD.

Clearly everyone who supports the delay don’t work.

Ok i accept the delay, but logically speaking, an expansion that is being designed for like 2 years , will the 2-3 months be enough to complete the game?

And also, if the game wasn’t ready, why did you announce release date?

Were you planning to release the expansion with flaws?

I cant make any sense.

A game delayed so it can be improved is better than a buggy mess and a “we’ll fix it later” promise.

We already have WC3:Reforged as a perfect example of this.

right thing 26 days before release.good job knight.

Or people who work very hard, especially in this difficult time and dont have time to take off Oct 27th?
And I do feel bad for people who already booked, but your remark is just lame and childish tbh.

better than 2-6 days before release.

I understand the delay and why some people are happy about it.

But i am very disappointed by it.

I feel blizzard should have announced this sooner.

We are 3 and a half weeks away from what was meant to be release date.
They must have known this was coming.

Such as the business I work for cancelled things 1 month after they had made the decision to just so they could get more money in from people not expecting it.

Hopefully they unscrew the covenants and conduits crap-shots.

Put vacation time to play the expansion in peace without having to worry about work stuff. Of course, I can still play on my workdays, but I wanted to enjoy the game to its fullest, maybe even no-life it.

To the people that say we are entitled or wrong to be upset because of this. How about Blizzard actually prepare their game on time and not advertise wrong release dates? It’s the same mess as Warcraft: Reforged all over again.

And do people honestly think they can balance the game and fix it with a month delay?

Stop defending them and thanking them for delaying the expansion, it should have been ready. If not then they should not have been advertising that it would be ready.
