I’m not from russia, but play on the ru realm of Anniversary Classic due to the language barrier.
Despite the developers’ promise, free character transfer from the ru “Anniversary” server (named “Годовщина”) to Classic Era servers hasn’t been enabled.
Server isn’t very popular, but in this case, it’s like the developers forgot it even existed.
I’m sure many players would like to transfer their character to the eternal Classic server, but if this bug isn’t fixed by January 12th, the opportunity will be lost.
Technical support was unable to help me with this issue.
I wrote a bug report from the game, but it seems unlikely that it will not be considered due to the small number of such tickets.
Please tell me if there is any other way to solve this problem.
