Community
Above all else we are trying to build a sense of community here at Tempest. We pride ourselves on being a friendly and inclusive guild and with that in mind, we are focusing on finding like minded individuals that embrace our values.
Our wider aim for Tempest is to build a large gaming community where everyone feels welcome, not just limited to WoW. Our discord is active and we enjoy other games together like Jackbox, Human Fall Flat, Tabletop Simulator, Left 4 Dead, Valheim, Golf It, FFXIV, New World, Lost Ark, Dying Light 2, Diablo and many others.
Raiding
Raiding is our main focus in game and was the driving force behind creating the guild. We formed at the end of BFA for a fresh start in Shadowlands and we consider ourselves to be a semi-hardcore raiding guild who enjoy pushing as far into mythic as possible every tier. Previous progress as a guild is 6/10M CN & 9/10M SoD.
We raid on Tuesday & Thursday, 20:00-23:00 server time.
Recruitment
One thing we want to avoid in our recruitment process (in regards to the raid team) is seasonal players, for example:
“played X tier, skipped the next 2, came back to the game for a bit, had 2 years off, now I want to raid again”.
Instead we are looking for consistent, dedicated raiders who are aligned with our values/ethos as a community and intend to stick around! Considerable Mythic raid experience is a requirement right now since we are heading into the last few bosses of Sepulcher.
You don’t have to be a mythic raider to join us, everyone is welcome to join socially which includes all other in game activities like M+, mount farming & transmog runs. There’s no form to fill out for social players, just /w anyone from the guild in game for an invite or use the contact details below to reach out.
We also have a new in game community to take advantage of the new Cross Faction system in WoW, it will mainly be used for M+ and social. Anyone is welcome to join
