Archaedas Entries, time-gated?

So, from what I understand the 3rd or 4th of Archaedas’ logs was unlocked this week with the weekly quest. But I wasn’t very active for a large portion of the beginning of the expansion and only unlocked his 2ed Entry this week.

Are we time-gated on this Questline? As it seems we can fall behind, by not actively participating in weekly quests each week.

I just finished the 4th log. I was wondering how many logs in total are going to be released. I’m seeing this questline pop up every other week. I’d think they’d allow folks to catch up on the logs. To answer your question, this questline does seem time gated.
