Dunno why there is alot of memes around arms being bad ? arms is really strong atm in 3s , they only fall behind rly hard against mage/rdudu/x comps. Other than that their damage is unhealable.
I would like to see buffs to unrepresented specs like enhance , mm , holy priest , demo lock.
