Asperity - new to Sylvanas - Having left Aerie Peak due to low population we are now looking for new members to join our raiding team as we clear current content and prepare for patch 8.2.

Recruitment is currently open for DPS and one healer. We would also consider potentially merging with a second guild - so if you’re struggling to raid frequently and have a few dedicated players we would like to hear from you.
Requirements
• We require a solid raid attendance - 95%+ attendance required.
• We are looking for people around the same skill level / ilvl.
• We are goal orientated, not individually, so team players are a must.
• You are expected to be able to be mature and handle constructive criticism.
• You are expected to have a working Mic and be able to effectively communicate.
Other Information
• We /roll on items and sometimes allocate to best benefit the raid / progress.
• We are a mature guild so you need to be able to handle “mature” language.
• We always aim to keep a small roster to limit rotation.
• Once debuffs / buffs are covered we take the player / capability over class.
• We provide raiders free repairs, enchants, gems, feasts and cauldrons.
• The above is funded by selling any BoE’s that aren’t an upgrade, so we all benefit.
