Hey Rogues,

I wonder how warcraftlogs is working… how it puts a Hist% on your performance, does it compare you with other rogues similar iLVL?

because i was doing normal run and my Hist% is around 70 -80 but i wanna improve to 90+

Does it only depend on BiS items or i can do a lot more with current setup to change my rotation?
