I remember that Blizzard did some modification on the rules concerning multi-boxing, especially in Retail, so it’s now a bit confusing in my head.
Is it legal/accepted by Blizzard, to boost one of my character in dungeons with a high level character of another account of mine? (autoboosting)

No, it’s fine, as long as you control both by either /follow or Alt-tabbing. Any program you use is not allowed.
