Ban GDKP = loss of players. Yea, i dont like GDKP too, but its true. When they banned GDKP on SOD many players is leave from Living flame
You have to understand blizzard earns a tons of money from the GDKP meta! Wow tokens are in high demand from people wanting to get heroic bosses down and bis gear! Why should blizzard ban a loot system that makes them ton of money on the sidelines on top of the subcription fees?
Why would you wanna ban the best loot system? You can ignore the spammers, thats how easy it is.

They won’t do it because they sell gold what goes to in those pockets who run gdkp. Its kinda what they sayed for monofaction PvP realm we can stop pretending… and so on rmt is ok to them but gold must be bayed from them
GDKP isnt a loot system it’s a boosting service and if you think anything else you are delulu as ferk.

YEP! Absolutely it is a boosting system. That’s why they take “naked buyers” who don’t need to contribute anything but gold to the raid. No skill, no gear, no knowledge of the raid. Nothing. Pure naked scrub players who would never be able to clear heroics without being carried get bis gear cus they pay for it. 100% it’s a boost service.

I have separate chat tabs for guild/party/raid chat. Otherwise the flow of messages is unreadable.

What about honest player? I have legally farmed 500k during cata, my guild died after LK,
GDKP are the only relaiable way i know a pug will not wipe X time on the first boss.

Ah yes, its the skill and not the gold or will to use RMT. Please use your grey matter before posting (i know, a impossible task). Its the other way arround: Bad players use RMT (be it Tokens or 3rd party) to get into GDKP to get gear.

Thats only a small fraction of any group because otherwise you cant even clear the raid.
GDKP is preferable to a lot of people because it is usually very good players, minimal wipes and less RNG. It is not purely a boosting service, it cant even be.
Good pugs are rare, and even then they usually use stupid systems like +1 or reserves. I am also not a fan of RMT, GDKPs can easily exist without it.
RMT is also used by the “good” ones. For how much did a sword from AQ go? Was it like 200k? You can farm all you want, others just swipe their creditcard and outbid you every time. So no, it cant and wont exist without RMT.
Also Pugs can be bad because of GDKPs. The bad players get their clear achievment, join a Pug and just suck. Just get rid of that boosting service.

Thats a ridiculous outlier.
Ill tell you what items nowadays usually go for.
Tier pieces: 20-60k
BiS Trinkets: 80-150k
BiS 2H: 100-150k
BiS 1H: 60-120k
This is nowhere near the dimensions of 200k in AQ. That would be countless millions of gold converted to nowadays economy.
Not to mention you also get gold back at the end of the raid, so maybe you dont even have to spend anything really if you only need low interest items.
Please think of the poor people on Shek’zeer who won’t be able to pay their rent IRL if we ban GDKPs

That’s more gold than they average player even has, per item.
Curiously like 90% of trade chat GDKP posts are just looking for buyers, it’s just organized boosting if you’re not “in it”
Honestly I don’t care about whether people like it or not, I just wish blizz would permaban anyone buying gold from 3rd parties. The only problem about GDKP is the illegitimate gold.
