Can hardly say resto druid was bad in legion. It was literally always on top.
The most darkest hour for Rdruid was WOTLK season 1, where DK was able to remove Rdurid HoTs without reward, they remove lifebloom from you without giefing you explosion reward, (like you right clicked on your own buff), feelt so broken, unpredictable and unfair…

there was no M+ in WotK. It started in Legion. i play since legion. i was a resto shaman. Any idea i have been declined for not being meta? On dungeons lower than i had done that season? Just for being a shaman. No Nelths Lair + 15 while having timed an unlimted list of +15-+20 timed of Nelths 
You know how often i have been declined in the same situation but just for being a holy paladin for 3 and a half season in Bfa? Talking about discrimination

The fact is that you’re in denial of your own lack of skill, that the groups you were denied from completed the dungeons without you, and that you’re not good enough for a high RIO score despite playing the best healer since the introduction of M+.

When blizzard investigate they will see which fact is better, Your blabling or stuff which can be easly recreated, soon or later they will need to do something, advertising and boosting is on raise I asure you they not want China servers 2.0, to kill boosting one need to kill rio. Also I asure you they cannot be happy with state of their current retail community, and again rio is main to blame, it wont take long until they do some action…and on top of that rio is spwyware and we didnt sight up for this.
Then call in-game for some m+ now and there (presumed you are shadow spec since I want to heal ) you may save me from 2 hours of pressing space in SW
Some will always blame the wrong thing. If you have a complete lack of experience in Mythic plus a leader is not going to pick you over someone who has better experience. This is the same across the board in all PuG content.
It is not the fault of the addon. Anyone can build a score if they want to, if they don’t to then that is their choice. The score is only experience translated into a number. It is no different to looking at the armory, except it is much more detailed and doesn’t just show your highest run like the armory does.
If Raider IO was banned tomorrow those people still wouldn’t pick the people they rejected for their groups but we would all be checking armory instead which only shows the best timed key and nothing else.

Look m8, Im with this game since early vanilla, I was there with all systems, There was always people who decline you, i know, im 100% OK with being declined now and there, We all decline and get declined sometimes… Im even OK with fact that guy from picture I took declined me, but its not source of problem… problem is majority of community become that guy from picture… He declined me OK fine, but next will decline, and next and next and next, reason will be the same, low rio. U get the point now? And this is describing when I say people become rio monsters. In past there is various of systems, all of them has it flaws, but i have no issue with any of those systems like i have with rio, and I asure you im not alone, there is dozens of people in this game who suffer because this addon, and if they not buy score they can play only WoW demo version, due discimination you guys enforcing from day to day, all based on rio.
So WoW armory is spyware? Okay.
What do they have to investigate? according to you?

Rio is around since early legion and yet is still around. Surely they would have acted if it was so bad for the game ever since Legion.

How can I lack of experience If i not sight up for instances I dont know, never have any issue doing those stuff. Once in group its basicly almost always oneshot, but to get in group, i have gruesome time, is this necessary?
If you genuinely want to be more appealling to pugs then run keys in the dungeons you haven’t done and improve the ones that are low. Incidentally the best way to learn is to do them and not jump in at a level over and above your own experience.
Looking at your armory mythic plus experience
Do a Shrine, Motherlode and Tol Dagor, even at a 10 or above.
You appear to hide your data so any group you apply to you appear as if you have zero experience, even if you could persuade them to look at the armory you can’t just expect every +15 group to want to take you as an unknown quantity.

That’s the nature of PUGs. Even with high RIO there is multiple players even for a healer spot. Even without grading system - there is more players than spots.
On top of that not every run succeeds. RIO helps but doesn’t solve problems when the group is unable to finish the run. And if there wouldn’t be any grading then it’s obvious that players would start applying to higher keys they can do. Then the runs fail and someone is roasted because of doing 40% of DPS capable of the spec with given gear and failing on game mechanics. And if they do so they are very unlikely to log the runs, they are very unlikely to analyze them to see what went wrong and why they are doing a grey parse.
It’s already annoying when runs fail because someone can’t do something etc. Trying to mix players would just create lots of pointless hostility and decrease the fun factor of M+. Good players would lock themselves in guilds and M+ PUG would went trash pulling the expansion down as well.
And even guild/community key runs will be somewhat flawed as you just can’t go do lower keys when you want to open additional weekly choice options doing multiple runs (but not that many to freely do lower keys). Legion had it much better where higher tier players wanted to run lower keys and LFR even - for AP and legendaries. Plus that bribe of xforge.

It gives a far more generous view of your experience than the armory does. Which was exactly my point.
Incidentally there are two ways to opt out, either via raider io site itself or you can opt out of all API sharing via battle net. I wouldn’t recommend either option and the battle net one is even worse because it will affect more than just raider io.
On a Blizzard level it’s in your Account Settings, under Privacy, you woul dhae to disable the Game Data and Profile privacy settings.
