Greetings.I have a big issue and i need your help.I got banned few days ago(for hack,botting) how i read in my mail.I tried to make a ban appeal, i explained my situation that i am in a medical vacation and got lot of time for goldfarming and that i did multiple Mana Tombs runs/day lockpicking chests with my rog(what i suposse coused the botting suspicion)…i found guides on youtube so i dont think i did nothing ilegal with it.After 36 hours of waiting my appeal was refused without any explanation(felt like an automate reply without checking).I made a 2nd appeal 23hours ago i put screenshots with me in Mt while talking,from raids,from arena,from classic wow like a kind of proof.I never used hacks or botting in my life…i barely managed to upload some screenshots on the appeal ticket…i have 55 days played time on my char and i could never risk to violate the rules to lose it…i put too much effort.I hope a kind GM will see my post and check me out more detailed…or somebody please contact someone who could help me.My char name is Kissofdead and BattleTag #CokeZero2659.Thank you and i appreciate your time.
I wrote this topic in name of my friend, who also my arena mate till 2010.
You can’t make appeals for other people. They have to make their appeals themselves.
You also can’t make appeals via the forums, they have to follow the instructions in the mail they received.

Trovlak is 100% correct (as always). Bans can ONLY be appealed via the ticket system by the player themselves. I’m afraid no further discussion on this forum will help in any way at all as bans cannot be appealed nor will be discussed by Blizzard here on a publicly visible forum. Your friend will have received an email (Make sure they check their spam folders) with instructions on how to appeal if they feel it was unjust.
Other than that I am afraid there is little more to say here other than I wish your friend a speedy resolution.
My friend made 2 appeal ticket 3 day before, they just close them without a single word
Was your friend using any software at all to help him that you don’t know about? And I do mean any, even out of game macros.
Why would your friend need to use Youtube to farm? I’m a bit suspicious about that.
he don’t even know how to use curseforge download addons from software, how he would know how to use cheats… nah he is clean. there is plenty of guides in youtube what and how to farm. So he farming manatombs alone whole day. killing three 15k hp elite so he can open a chest. reset the instance do it again. If i know well after 5 run he cant do more, have to wait 1 hour cuz instance dont allow going in cuz of dungeon spam. After the penalty is down he doit again and again. Normal ways he do few runs a day. But he had an accident in work, so he bearly can walk now, cant work. So he is farming all day.
To know he hasn’t used anything you would need to go and look at his computer. Sorry, but I think you may be wrong.
Also some things that may not look like it are against the rules.
All of this is getting away from the basic point. Bans cannot be appealed via the fora. Nor can advice be offered; none of us know the circumstances or the contents of your friends computer. As Dottie says, what he says and what is the case may be two different things.
Your friend needs to appeal the ban following the instructions s/he received in the ban notice. If they have appealed and the appeal has been refused there will be further instructions on how to appeal further until the appeal process has ended.
Guys. Whats hard understand on this? i wrote this comment in his name. He made appeal already on his own. He cannot comment here cuz they deleted his subscription. Thats why we try to make attention here maybe somebody can help.

They won’t and they can’t.
Forum staff aren’t even GM’s. They are forum staff (External communications specialists actually). They cannot overrule a decision made by a GM, much less a specialist GM on the appeals team.
If they are just closing his appeals without a reply, that means he’s already made several appeals, and had them rejected, and told they won’t consider any more appeals. Which leads me to believe that your friend isn’t telling you the whole story.
The correct reply has been given multiple times - account sanctions will not be discussed in the forums, especially not if they refer to an account owned by somebody else.
