List of things that didn’t work
- Reinstalling the Battle.NET setup (even the setup wont open now)
- Removing every file related to Battle.NET
- Resetting CPU to original clock speed
- Virus scan
- Turning off Virus protection
- Secondary Logon
- Restarting my PC 500 times
- Ethernet cable directly to modem
- Starting it as Administrator
- Starting WoW instead of Battle.net
What else can I try?
What exact version of windows are you running? Open a command prompt and type winver. You should be on 21H2 - 19044 if it’s Windows 10.
You could try installing https://www.techpowerup.com/download/visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/
.
If Battle.net used to work, what have you changed that stopped it working?
If you are still having issues, could you attach a copy of your system files uploaded to pastebin.com? We may be able to see why.
Hi, I’ve been able to fix this issue by disabling Microsoft Management services & IP helper in MSConfig. It took a lot of troubleshooting but I basically found that ‘‘safemode’’ fixed my issues, so that’s how it was solved.
