Frost is probably the easiest, but with the right powers arcane is also pretty good.
I did all the flawless run except for Mort using my kyrian arcane setup.

There’s a list half way down or some ways to pick up extra points. I used to save 500 anima or not take elite powers for extra score but thats no fun 
My strategy for solo:ing the Torghast achievements was to go Fire, using either Triune ward or Disciplinary command for legendaries depending on circumstances.
For talents, I highly recommend Firestarter and Blazing soul. Firestarter will – once you get access to Seeker’s scroll – allow you kill most normal mobs quickly with a single automatic crit with a follow-up fire blast and pyroblast. Elite mobs can be burst down using combustion. Blazing soul, on the other hand, will make you nigh invulnerable once you stack enough Resolute medallions and Spaceweaver’s threads. Once you get tanky enough, you can start mass pulling and aoe:ing with impunity.
