It is a well known bug for some time and only way I can use BL is casting it directly from spellbook, even macros wont work. Please for the love of God fix this. We hunters have minimal group utility and after class pruning it got worse…
its known for some days now, you can use bl from pet bar as well

The developers are doing everything they can to delete BM Hunter.
And they don't care. They're awful.
