I can’t buy game time for some reason. It says “something went wrong, please try again later”.
I tried again after 2 hours and the same message popped up. It’s now been almost 4 hours and still nothing. Anyone else with this problem that could help out?

We definitely would like to see you able to play when you want to, to try and fix this payment issue we’d recommend the following steps:

Remove and Re-add your payment method to ensure you have the correct information saved. You can do this here:

If you have issues adding the information there, or the website doesn’t load, try adding it in another browser.

Double check your cards balance, ensure you have more than enough funds for the payment. Some card issuers may have charges for currency changes and they may also require you to have a minimum amount on the account before they will approve a payment.

If neither of these help, contact your payment provider. They will be able to check the payment attempts and help you out with more information.

I have the same problem i cant even but shadowland it’s so bad when i try buy it i get the same massage im so close to give up on battle net it to hard to get it to work i Think u loose a lot gamers when it’s so hard to make it work 
Did you atleast try the things in the above blue post in your necro?
You need to get a Customer Service person to remove all payment methods from your account. It’s a bug on their end for some customers.
Please do not necro a year old thread.
