It doesnt, blizzad mentioned it once (back in wotlk or even tbc classic) but it was an obvious lie, pretty much like blizzard telling us that there are no automated bans/suspensions.
Anyway, its not like you face a premade every 2nd game, sure it sucks, but we are talking about random bgs, it also sucks if you have 5 bots on your team, people without gear or no healers. Random bgs will always be a gamble.
