Blizzard must have one of the worst customer support in the world. I bought almost three days ago a transfer that has not been carried out, I have left a ticket but after almost three days still no feedback. Really awful.
i waited 46 days for a ticket that they resolved without even solving or contacting me.
Sad to hear… Doesn’t sound promising… My character is even locked, can’t even log in…
My advice is to tweet EU blizz ,you might have better chance.
Its like go to a irl store for costumer help but in the store is no employee and one customer saying to another… “hey go to another side of our country to another place… there will be a better chance for take help”…
Thanks, I will try that. The situation is outrageous … Taking the money works well, delivering the service works worse…
Is it really that hard to employee people to solve the tickets and s…?
Same why do blizzard not want to add Vrykul while they have the same size like the Ogres?
Blizzard’s problem is that there are an awful lot of tickets and threads on the forums that people wouldn’t be able to address. Would there be a way… to create some sort of system that would group together the same calls for help by subcategories of posting. A person would find a similar thread, which they would use for their own and join with theirs on it. Thus, people would be able to take the overall problem from Blizzard and answer everyone with one message… It reminds me of something, and I’m sure it already exists…but no one uses it or has implemented it here on the forum, and besides, Blizzard isn’t going to pay the salaries of thousands of people every month who would have to be trained to do such a job. So next time you click the pre-order button think about that.
It takes lots of time for new hires to become self sufficient. And the problem is when support is overloaded it puts more pressure on the existing GMs, who in turn will likely quit and take all the experience with them.
I understand what you’re saying but I have no understanding. What I don’t understand is how a billion-dollar company can sell products without any responsibility. Where is the line on illegality? In my opinion, the limit is when you don’t get what you rightfully bought. The fact that the company then does not return to the complaint makes it even worse.
I also have a ticket, where a quest chest gave me a freaking INTELECT weapon for my Deathknight, and they say reply time 14 days, and the timer is increasing.
Look at the Blizzard shills in the thread claiming they are overloaded when this game used to be 10 times as big with somehow functioning customer support.
There is NO excuse denying your paying customers basic support don’t even try to waste our time trying to convince us otherwise.
That’s intended design due to the new Evoker class and for certain other classes like Paladins Holy spec.
Aside of that, they said before DF release that players will be able to get gear for classes they don’t play on right now from almost all sources.
Unfortunately You have to wait. For a mount missed they hage taken 45 days. Nirmally they are faster… but at begin of an exp… tickets arent their priority…
It is now, even when they contact you back they just tell you to look up your issue on wowhead or icy-veins instead…no joke
Because you need to get more intelligent, so you can play smarter!
See, they try to help you!
Wrote a ticket
Realized I will get an answer in next year, february by the estimated waiting time…
Cenceled ticket
Was shocked and anoyed tho’
Blizzards problem is Kottick sacked 800 ppl
Haha i have tech support thread open for wow being in a deadlock and also deadlocking my system especially when gpu driver crashes which should’t even happen altho i guess this is more AMD fault then Blizzard however deadlock is generally bad, i got it on my 10 year old laptop as well and if seen other users report same thing, if not even seen anyone not report having no deadlock.
You can analyze wow proces in task manager and see for yourself.
