Is this Quest bugged? The guy giving the quest can have 1 out of 3 quests each week, this is the 5th week in a row, where he doesn’t spawn " Blossoming Delight" or is it just totally random? Cause it’s really annoying trying to farm an achivement and you’re unable to do so because of Weekly RNG, at least make those Lesser Keystone quests reset daily.
