I am having problems with logging into my b.net app since this morning. I got the pop-up asking for my D.O.B and password, but that all failed. Message saying ‘we cannot login with that information’.
Steps I have tried:
Uninstall and reinstall.
Changing password ( to an epic one 
)
Scan and repair.
Strangely enough I am logged into the forums with the new password. I have even checked the GD forum and I can post a new topic there. At this point I am completely baffled and a little annoyed.

It’s nothing to do with the date of birth as I typed the wrong one in and it let me in.
I would suggest that if you can scan and repair you are logged into the app.
The message you actually get, in detail, will help.
BLZBNTBNA00000A8D that is the error code I get and ‘We couldn’t verify your account with that information’.
I have just redownloaded the beta and its still doing that.

There are no active Betas. It explains why you can’t login.
Did you try the stuff in the support article if it’s the normal game?
