Last week i used my Df prepurchase boost to level my shadow priest, i geared up pretty fast and already have my 4set but i cant get Shadowflame Prism legendary, i did DoS mythic last week and today without any luck, ive been queuing for normal/hc for 25 min without any luck, im also researching anima conductor for the grateful offerings to roll my luck but that is still days/weeks away.
Is there any other way of getting this specific memory ?

Have you gone to torghast and completed the opening? Freed baine, opened the runecsrvers doors and done his qjest chain?

That be why memories cant drop unless you have done the torghast bit
