Yo dumb dumbs theres a glitch where hearthing to the booty bay inn kills you. Its happened to me every time ive hearthed. No its not deathwing or a player. No damage is shown to be taken. Your char is just dead on arrival. Add to ur long line of oopsies. Fix.

It’s not just in BB, the problem is that when you teleport you are instantly attacked by npcs for some reason, I personally died many times in BB and killed friendly npcs at the death knights base

Why not? to get around on the whole map BB is one of the spots to set it to… great for moving around. I have dalaran hearth ring / jainas locket for dala port / wormhole for norhrend / and an orgrimmar port cloak. Since the ports in dalaran have been removed except the orgrimmar one theres no point having a 3rd hearth to the same location. Are u a dumb dumb too?
