i got the anvil and the other thing from the new vault area but now they’re not in my bags.
They end up at the little mini crafting station near where you hand the quest in. You get an extra action button whenever you stand near them
They have a glowing outline to make them easier to see.

ty so much for this, i think an addon was interfering with the extra action button.

Friend had a similar issue, turned out that her EAB was underneath one of her other UI elements, and hence invisible. Until she moved it in edit mode.

I think a weakaura update fixed it. hard to know for sure
