Cadre is a guild being formed from raiders out of various other guilds who want to push for CE in Season 2. We’re building the roster now, and healers and ranged DPS are where we’re focused. If that sounds like your situation, we’d be interested to hear from you.

All days 21:00 to 23:30 server time. 21:00 is pull time, so you’ll need to be raid ready and in Discord voice 15 minutes before.
Attitude

Non-toxic: We won’t tolerate toxic attitudes. If a guild mate is underperforming, the officers will handle it. Don’t deal with it yourself unless you’re offering advice.

Inclusive: We won’t tolerate abuse toward any group of people.

Prepared: All raiders and trials are expected to know the strategy and abilities before the raid. We should never hear anybody ask what an ability does.

Driven: All raiders should be pushing to be as good as they can be on their class. That means regular sims and gear optimisation, spec research, and being willing to play whichever spec is strongest for a given boss. You should be reviewing your own logs to find opportunities for improvement.

During progression we master mechanics first and optimise DPS later. If you’re ignoring mechanics to chase a parse during progress, you’ll be benched.
