Can anyone assist how I can improve my stats for pve?

heya,

so my friend saying to craft a ring and a neck piece 727, as Im missing.

Im currently 717ilvl frost mage and have 30 crit 36 haste, 23 mastery and 17 versatility.

I have 704 ring and neck, and they have stats 6k vers and ring too 6k vers 3k mastery and 2percent leech.

If I will craft a ring a neck, I will have less versatility, as stats are distributed 50-50 in crafted pieces, so will I be ok with ~13 versatality or less if Im doing m dungeons?
