Is there any way to limit my power so that I can play 2 players in leveling zones?
I am already using no gear and lowest damage weapon i can find, 0.4 dps. But its still to easy on my own, let alone 2 players.
I’m not sure I understand what you mean by “2 players”. Are you multiboxing two characters?
In any case, there is no way to reduce the power of a level 90 alone in old zones. In anything below … Dragonblight? TWW? … a Godlike Level 90 will kill the whole zone just by looking around.
There are a few quests where you have to wound but not kill. For those, you can use the Soft Foam Sword. For everything else, just breathing on anything will destroy it.
Blizzard really should provide a Chromie Time option for Level 90s to play lower level content.
There is a way, using Party Sync, and you can do this using a second account, which can be a free Starter Account. It has limits, but it can be made to work.
- Create a new WoW account in your BattleNet account. That will be WoW2.
- Create a character in your free WoW2 account and level a character to 10 any way you like.
- Talk to Chromie and choose an expansion on that character.
- Now log your Level 90 at the same time, and Party and Party Sync with your Level 10.
- Minimise the screen for your Level 10 and play with your 90, which is now reduced to a Level 10 character.
