Can we add a +AS item for Feral Druid please

I saw this topic posted of Reddit before, someone shared their idea for a relic for Druids that gave the on use + Attack Speed for Manual Crowd Pummeler within an internal CD (Kind of like a trinket, but class specific)

This would save Ferals having to farm Gnomergan on end to stack Manual Crowd Pummelers , could we get this item please so I can play Feral Druid? Ty
