Why should they reply. In a few weeks everything is back to normal, like every expansion.
so then, refund of sorts… those few weeks we’re still paying subscription fee. i dont think that most of people are willing to pay for this
My idea for a solution to this problem now and in the future is for them to link a number of “dead” realms to Dreanor, open up 1 or 2 free character transfers for Dreanor to one of the linked realms, and make it so that those linked realms can trade, raid and everything with the people on Dreanor. You’d spread everything out so much more and make it a much more enjoyable eperience with each new release, both expansion and patch. The same would, of course, work very well for Silvermoon as that is also a very highly populated server dealing with many of the same issues we are on Dreanor.
Sadly, I don’t think we’ll see a solution like this anytime soon, if ever. But we can always hope.
I am getting “incompatible” for all realms in all languages today 25/11 - what does that even mean? I live in France.

Right now this game is impossible to play. 29ms world/home and cast 3-4 sec.
Ppl die every few minutes because of amazing lags.
So please don’t complain if another 20% of people quit your game.

Getting wow51900102 now, I start the client ‘Logging into game server’, and Disconnect (wow51900102)… Just amazing.
Well since they recently fired a bunch of people, and the rest are on strike because of the people they fired, I doubt we’ll ever get a response on here lol.
I just saw that they release the ‘New Player Adventure: Official Trailer’ on Youtube just 2 hours ago while so many current players are having problems. Kindda funny that they would release the video aimed as new players then have them not be able to log into the game…
Well it’s pretty clear that wow has become a cash cow by now. A 16 year old game they keep trying to squeeze $$$ out of, until the last drop.
Bloody marvellous! Trying to relax a bit after a busy day at work and simply can’t login. Go from you’re X in the queue to looking like it’s logging in, only to give up after a while and say I was disconnected… Tried even manually entering the login details instead of using Battle Net, puts me in login queue, then prompts for code, enter code and back to the queue and same disconnected a short while later… This game needs to change to pay per use instead of pre-pay in advance to not be able to use it…
A returning customer after some looong time. I would await a company like blizzard, in this century (a 16th year wow anniversary) with a game and community like wow… to not face an issues like login problems to the game which is paid monthly. I am very, very motivated to extend my subscription…

I was getting that until I realized that Battle Net app was saying the game was running and an update would be applied when the game exited, so I force-quitted WoW and it started downloading an update. Not that it helped much, as then it’s the “you’re in queue” -> “logging in” -> “disconnected”…

It is pretty clear it’s effecting everyone. Thousands of posts on forums, twitter and WoW reddit.
They will refund or offer something I expect. It’s obvious there would be outcry if they didn’t make some sort of gesture now.
Just a suggestion to throw out there:
Let people choose which realm they wish to log into instead of automatically throwing them into the one they last played in.

That ‘ticket service’ is a maze to dissuade you from complaining. Customer support 24/7 might mean that it takes you that long to get a ticket up and running…
It’s a shame really. Every expansion has the same problems. One would think that known problems (in this case logins) would thoroughly be tested. They postponed the release to provide an even better version of the game. If you ever get to playing. Hope this gets resolved fast. I’m not really one who likes to complain, but this, again…
come on man, we all get it sucks to have issues but nobody made you spend 175 euro on a game…this is … not smart…not to say you could get on with 40 for the game and 13 for 1 month of game time…and on top of that…who buys wow the first day, they launch expansion ?
if you agree to lose all your char and achievments…otherwise, do you even have any basic idea what would it mean and require to move all your data just the second you want to choose a realm ?? you and 200.000 more people…sometimes probably out of frustration (which is understandable) you guys make such a ridiculous comments, it makes me understand why Blizzard takes us for monkeys and do not provide us with any actual information…it is just worthless since fairly few people would actually understand what they read
