I’m getting a little damn tired of having to do dungeons twice for quests because everybody is so hopped up on “muh speed run” because “gOINg SloWer IS a wASTe oF TiMe”…
Well, having to do dungeons twice because I get left behind, and having to kill the trash you people leave behind, because you’re sloppy af, and missing out on looting the last boss is a waste of MY time.
I realize you all have main character syndrome and are mentally ill, can’t function without your meds, which probably make the problems you suffer worse, and are selfish, self-centered prats who probably never heard the word “no” before in your lives, but AT LEAST TRY to consider other people while you’re going on your speed run.
OR
How about killing ALL the trash so when slowbies like me go have multiple bosses to loot for a quest, and two bosses were killed at once (Glazer and Ash Golm in VotW) I have a straight run to get the Eye of the Warden from Cordana because she hasn’t despawned after you kill her.
And here I am, wanting to wait before the bosses while carrying till everybody is there… only for the low level char to pull the boss, so I have to save them.
Well, guess I could’ve just let them die, but then I’d prolly get a kick for not healing.
People always find a way to be annoying - that’s why I usually prefer to play solo. Will work as soon as you’ve got a little versa.
I love how it’s always me that has to adapt, but no thought of consideration for others is never an option.
Nobody ever considered if it’s the first remix I played or not, so I’m not familiar with how remixes are done or how they work, and in typical toxic WoW community style, nobody is interested in helping anyone either.
So I have to figure it out, and handle things, on my own while getting told nonsense like, “ADaPT OR be leFt behIND.”
Why is not being toxic, speed running jerks not an option, huh?
I’d rather take the criticism for not being toxic than to be criticized for being toxic.
But that’s just me.
It seems expecting from others what I would do myself is expecting too much.
Well, and in addition - the majoity of remix players expect to rush through dungeons. Actually, not even just remix players. Dungeons in general are expected to be a rush; if you want prudence, you have to play with selected like-minded ppl or solo. Speaking from expetience.
If you use the dungeon finder expect a fast run unless you get a full grp of low levels, hence my comment, also you talk about toxic people.. reading through your OP post is probably the most toxic thing on the Remix forums. You have the option to create your own grp and do the dungeon that way, at your own pace.
It’s a limited event with limited time and everything reset daily. People want to get through their lists for max rewards as quick as possible.
If you’re in no rush, then you probably don’t mind waiting do to dungeons until you’re able to solo them (which, comes really fast after reaching 80 and getting 740 gear) instead of expecting the majority to adjust to you and your needs.
Or… create a group in LFG, asking for like-minded people to join. I see groups pop up in there all the time for “chill runs”.
Not everyone is like it. I always try to wait for anyone lagging behind when I’m the strong one in the group, but yeah, it is annoying. Especially the twerps who queue as a healer, but are playing a DPS, and don’t have the common decency to even throw out one single heal when everyone is dying.
With such unnecessary comments and attacks on people, I would never even consider you in a speed, nor a slow run. Dude chill.
Then do the solo way, play your char, power up your wep, and focus more on solo content until your strong enough to solo the dungeons and raid, I mean.. It’s not harder than that, if everything goes to fast for you. There’s loads of stuff to do, to power up your char.
If you want , you can also change the infinity daily quests to more solo content focus as well.
Not going at Warp 10 is also a choice you know.
And going slow is a waste of YOUR time, sure, but having to do dungeons twice, for whatever reason, is a waste of MY time.
So when did YOUR time become more valuable and important than MY time?
See I can play this game too and it’s a losing battle for both of us.
Group content should be done as a team, not just one player going at supersonic speeds because they feel they’re more worthy than the rest. Call me old fashioned.
Always had the feeling wow is this one mmo thats somehow special regarding its community and its endless issues.
Be nice to each other, if you just wanna go zugzug go into zugzug groups problem solved. At least for raids.
Dungeons, it cant be helped to one shot everything but you know instead of pulling 500 mobs whilst running you can also just pull 2 packs and stand still so ppl can catch up. Just a little bit.
I love the idea that I have to wait half on hour in each dungeon for a dude who just called me mentally ill and refuse to play by the rules that the game mode established. We have to spend countless hours farming IP and gear and what not, but now I have to simpathize and waste even more time on people like you.
