Hello, I tried to use the currency transfer feature an hour ago and it bugged. Now, I cannot log onto my main character from which I was trying to transfer some currencies - it gets stuck on loading screen. I have tried everything mentioned on the support page and forums but it doesn’t seem to help. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Do you get msg character with that name already exists when you try to log in? Cos its happening to a lot of people since server went up.
No, but I am getting a similar one: You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete

open second WoW, after 2. log in and your 1.WoW log out, turn off both, then log in with different character, wait like 10-30sec, and then you can log in back to your 1. character

Method given by Archon doesn’t work.
the solution i gave it for stuck loading / cant log out / etc
but for transfer currencies , that is something you just need to wait out, when servers are not overloaded
And your soulution doesn’t work. My character is still stuck in infinite loading screen. I can log in to all others but not main.
which zone is that stuck character ?
Dalaran. I doubt anything can be done about it right now. Even Blizz unstuck service won’t load properly.
and did you do the guide the one where you delete “cache”+“config” folder content, and then cache of battle-net app ?
Exactly the same problem here. After trying to transfer some undercoins using the regular character tab on my alt. Can log onto all characters but my main. Opened a ticket, but that will take forever and tried the online character-stuck -service as well, but that one doesnt work as it never does… so open for any suggestions, tried the repair option, tried to get rid of addons the whole 9 yards…

I agree with others that it doesn’t work in this case. I also received an automated response for my ticket, which was no help at all. Kinda stuck at the moment.

first 3 commands disable dynamic stuff (dynamic graphic settings is VERY BAD in WoW)
the other 7 disable that it need to wait till it load everything (this one should help with stuck loading, about that “character doesn’t exist” is something else probably)
Finaly after “hours” of trying to reproduce the problem, i am not endless in a loading screen anymore but get the error (in german, so just translating)
“You can log in again only after the character transfer you recently initiated has been completed.” …

welp, you got forced vacation from WoW (or that one character)
hope that tomorrow it will be fixed
For me, this error happened first and then it turned into endless stuck loading screens.

Same here. By also transfering undercoins, the charcater that i want to transfer from is stuck in the loading screen.

The same issue has been reported in the US forums so it appears to be a widespread bug.
The Warband bank is also breaking intermittently - so likely a broader problem with account wide features.
